These 3 siblings ( Namfon ,12 years old girl) have to walk a total of 6 km daily in order to attend school. Their parents work in an oil palm plantation and have to leave for work early in the morning. Their mother needs to support the family alone because her husband is a drunkard and sometimes on drugs. Sometimes if they have a packet of instant noodles, Namfon will prepare this for breakfast (3 siblings sharing 1 packet of instant noodles). If there is none, they will have to go to school without breakfast . After breakfast, 3 out of the 4 siblings walk to school, leaving the youngest child alone at home. Sometimes, Namfon is not able to go school because she needs to take care of her little sister. Their mother will come back earlier from work to look after the youngest child. They live in a rundown dwelling without electricity and piped water in the oil palm estate where their parents work. They have to depend on water drawn from a well and use an oil lamp for lighting.

 Namfon serving in the church

Ps.Som Keat from MV Lam Thap Baptist Church will order a packet of glutinous rice with chicken for them.  Namfon will collect it on the way to school daily. We would like to thank and appreciate those who have sponsored their breakfast. (  0.71USD daily for 3 persons breakfastWe need further sponsorship for their breakfast in the future.   Thank you & God bless.

Mission Ventures Thailand would like to take this opportunity to thank and appreciate MVI (Missionary Ventures International )  and MVA ( Missionary Ventures Australia ) for the funds to purchase food packages . It has been a great blessing for the MVT churches in Dannok, Satun, Lam Thap, Bang Khan, Mae La Noi and Mae Kong Pae to be able to reach out to the community with the love of Christ in this difficult time. Praise God ! we are able to bless a total of 110 families ! It’s our prayer and hope that through this, bridges will be built with the community.

We prayed the Lord will continue to bless and expand the ministries of MVI. Go to Gallery

We are putting in efforts to Raise funds to build a new toilet for Mr. Dam, who is our church member in MV Satun Baptist Church. The toilet is on the verge of collapsing. The problem is compounded by the fact that it is located by the seaside near a mangrove swamp and during high tide, his toilet would be flooded. The flooding causes the toilet floor to be wet and slippery, causing him to fall down on a few occasions. Under the circumstances, we are appealing to the generosity of Christian brothers and sisters to help our brother with funds to build a new and safer toilet.

Mr. Dam and his family. His son is mentally challenged and is under medication for his mental condition.

Praise God ! The toilet fr this brother was completed . Thank you so much fr yr support & contribution.
The Lord bless you.

Blessing the poor families Ministry in MV Satun, Thailand
Praise God ! we are able to help this sister who is a widow. Her son, Mai plays guitar during worship & the older son is blind. We helped to repair her roof which was leaking, change her toilet bowl, fix new lanolin & gave a love gift for the older son eye treatment at the hospital.

We went to her house to pray for her son . She came to church  and gave thanks to God & the church for helping her.
